I think the people at our site are nice, in general. At times, people exhibit genuine interest in each other's lives beyond work.

I don't feel like managers are invested in my growth. We have a culture where we would rather argue about whose responsibility the task is, as opposed to accomplishing the task, due to everyone being overworked. We have too many meetings, unnecessary trainings, and aren't focused on the bigger pic

I don't feel like employees are valued as people. I would like an emphasis on work-life balance, as there are numerous studies that show a shorter work week improves morale and productivity. I also feel like our actions do not reflect what we say our values are. We should look to remove hurdles.
