Evonik has been good to me over the years, except for consolidating benefits. I've lost a lot of money due to the changes in health insurance & pension. It would also be great if our salaries kept up with COLA increases, at least partly. 2% a year is almost a slap in the face for all the work we do!

Most of the time, people support one another. All working towards a common goal.

There are 2 women. Bonnie is great but her messages sound scripted and not from the heart.

Good people all working towards a common goal. Positive attitudes. Not every small issue is a crisis, like my last site.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Since being forced to give up Aetna after 20 years, I have spent more money out-of-pocket with BCBS in the past 2 years for the same services. Evonik also does not pay great, HR knows it and accepts it. Stop paying "average" and you'll get better people.

EHSQ professionals were thrown into the COVID situation, just like everyone else. We had very little time to become experts. Nothing dropped off our plate, COVID was added. The efforts put forth in 2020 were not recognized by management. We all should have gotten "Exceeds" on our 2020 perf. review!
