Better work/life balance, Better pay especially when you can go next door and make more money. more appreciation for our work and better overall communication. the culture here is that we are just numbers on a spreadsheet instead of human beings.
I am exposed daily to appalling dangerous working conditions that go against the company's safety policies, while management blatantly ignores the issues because its more " cost effective " to continue running things they way we are, all while being paid less then similar companies around me.
The culture is the number one issue, there is a large disconnect between management and the employees on the ground. communication is non existent, there is a mentality of " just do it" or " just get it done" instead of receiving the support we need. Safety only matters until production is effected
