Management & engineering turnover/connect them with experienced advisors they can get help from/increase performance expectations for shift techs with consequences so both production is better & engineering can count on them
Fewer or shorter meetings/more vacation/more maintenance management staff/more accountability for production operation mistakes(those that are good are discouraged because others make no effort & there is no consequences) /team leaders need mentors or senior advisors for both plant & employee help
Other US companies and even Germany provide more vacation. Starting salary is too low to get competent shift workers. Suggestions based on plant operating history are ignored. Manager micro manages and doesn't get along with his female assistants. They have all changed positions.
We are staffed too thin. My hours were cut but I was expected to handle more work. I listed what would others would need to pick up but then I got a bad review when those items fell behind. We need access to someone with experience in rotating equipment. Engineers are all new; need senior advisors.
