I know that I'm part of an organization that is doing great work for society.
My team gets along very well, and we encourage each other. This is the same across teams. As I mentioned in an earlier answer, the camaraderie is great!
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is, again, the camaraderie. We also have several employee resource groups that offer positive engagement opportunities, whether you identify as the group or as an ally to the group.
I feel the pay is very good, and I love that my company uses Virgin Pulse, a health app, that helps me keep to my health goals and offers further engagement with other team members through occasional walking challenges. We have a good amount of vacation time that we're actually encouraged to use.
I believe the leadership team, from my direct manager all the way up, is invested in my success, the success of the company, and its footprint in the community. I'm proud of the work we do to make society better, and I love the camaraderie of my team as well as across teams.
