Some members of the Cigna ELT believe in the power of collaboration, and the importance of employee well-being. But that philosophy has not trickled down into the ESI leadership/culture. At all.

Demonstrate compassion end empathy with employees. Learn the universally accepted definitions of what 'Leadership' and 'Team' are, and apply them within the performance metrics for management. Develop accountability for office bullying behaviors.

Aggressive, hypercompetitive, toxic Machiavellian culture. No interpersonal coaching/mentoring with direct leadership - status reports only. Siloed communication and work streams. Zero trust. "What have you done for me lately" is a commonly referenced term used by leadership to describe the culture.
