What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training was not helpful and when you are placed in production you get wrote up for things you were never trained over, how to handle system glitches so it wont affect the employees work.

Lead with integrity and empathy for all employees

Managers aren't even trained to do your job but placed in charge of department anyway.

Aggressive, hypercompetitive, toxic Machiavellian culture. No interpersonal coaching/mentoring with direct leadership - status reports only. Siloed communication and work streams. Zero trust. "What have you done for me lately" is a commonly referenced term used by leadership to describe the culture.

Honestly, not playing favoritism, equality, listening to employees, taking advantage of the leads, honesty, resolving issues, respect for its employee

Everything. They should live by the Mission, Values and goals. Be equal with all employees, be consistent and fair to all

Communicating changes, putting money into technology that supports what employees do rather than only spending on technology that customers use
