Everyone is willing to help each other out in a crunch. Having reliability in my teammates was always something to lean on.
New managment, better training process, updated resources are needed to help with calls. Everything is out of date are not resourceful

Have upper management be fair and equal to all and hold up the mission and core Values of the company
Stop hiring anyone that can type get people that actually know what they are doing.
