Everything starts from the onboarding - it's so good and friendly. Then you slowly diving deeper into the culture and the projects. Even small improvements are really welcomed and everyone excited about them. I found a lot of interesting teammates at Fivetran across the globe. Really big family!

I like the transparency in all the goals and projects. The leadership is really strong and I can feel it on all the levels. Also it's important to deliver the reports so everyone is up to date on a overall progress, I think this is done well.
