I think the base/OTE could be a little higher for Commercial Reps. The options, provided I can actually buy them. I am nervous about a layoff and the rules for purchasing them in the event of some sort of layoff.

I think the base/OTE could be a little higher for Commercial Reps.

For many of us hired in the past year most of the benefits listed in our job descriptions are gone. Reduction in paid holidays, no Camp Fivetran, no In-person SKO, no office visits for In-person connection.ERG values are negated with events like closing business with FOTF & altering tweets

Sales salaries have always been low but with comp levers that can make reps whole. Now those levers are being taken away, leaving reps with just below-market salaries.

They increased our quota targets with only a few days advanced notice despite the fact that the team was barely able to hit our target the previous month - this means less money for more work. I was sold on stories of my team hitting accelerators now it seems I won't even make my target comp.

My specific SDR team is full of hard workers and people who will grind and grit through their work even when there isn't necessarily a tangible benefit or recognition of the work being done. Everyone in this team is focused on succeeding while NOT at the cost of others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try hard to care about their employees and are always working on communication and listening. They are trying to build the best-in-class product and have remained laser focused on doing so.
