Trust the team - There's too much top down opinion on what we should do and how we do our job. We are experts in our own fields. Give us the autonomy to make independent decisions that will benefit Fivetran, without George blocking us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The top down treatment of employees would be grounds for termination if the same behavior was demonstrated bottom up.

All review periods are not the same. One is for comp, while the other seems to simply be an exercise. All review periods should include comp for work and efforts. The way it is cycled, there is a population who would not get a merit raise for well over a year.

No bonus, salaries not competitive for my level in the current market, health and wellness benefits needs to better cover dependants.

I compare myself to peers in similar roles at other organizations and see that I am making less TC. To feel better, I think I'd prefer more base and/or performance-based bonuses.

Well, do not organize meeting about Equity, Equality and Diversity just because you have a plan to organize meeting about Equity, Equality and Diversity. I often feel that such activities are completely isolated from people real needs

Employees need to know about their own bias and try to negate them when they are communicating and making any inference. Not all have the same background and knowledge, so we need to embrace this diversity first rather than hue and cry about D & I.
