I feel very valued and trusted which enables me to work almost autonomously as needed to do my job. There is really good work-life balance (where leaders encourage you to take all 5 weeks of PTO!); and when I close my laptop at night, I can mentally check out and recharge. And my team is incredible!

My experience thus far has been fantastic! I have the autonomy to do my job, I have the resources I need to grow in my career, and I have a flexible work-life balance that has allowed me to thrive in work and outside of work!
