My experience has been very positive. Since I first joined there have been changes that I don't agree with and that have taken away some things I was excited about in my role. Overall I am very happy to work here but slightly disappointed by lack of career/financial opportunity b/c of over-hiring

The culture is very accepting of everyone as individuals and it makes you feel like you can really be yourself without fearing judgement and repercussions

I'm very pleased with the values of the leadership team with respect to how to treat employees and how they view all of the employees as humans with lives and not robots that are just a means to an ends for them.

Getting fed lunch. I love that the company provides for all of our needs while we are doing our jobs. It takes away all of the noise of having to worry about your basic needs and allows you to focus on your job and collaborating with your peers.

They increased our quota targets with only a few days advanced notice despite the fact that the team was barely able to hit our target the previous month - this means less money for more work. I was sold on stories of my team hitting accelerators now it seems I won't even make my target comp.

I love the personalities on my team. I feel like everyone is so friendly and everyone that I talk to I just get that feeling of "these are my people" like everyone I work with gets me and I get them. I love how everyone I work with has lots of interests outside work and is very passionate.
