The early days of Fivetran was exciting and dynamic. With growth, the company has lost a lot of it's early culture. It's very 'corporate' now.

The culture of Fivetran has changed dramatically from the early days. It's become very corporate and process laden with growth.

While I agree with the company vision but feel the executive leadership is to beholden to the Board of Directors and Investors. Fivetran has lost a lot of it's early company culture.
