Time to expunge narcissistic leaders that tell you to remember GAME: Greet. Ask Customer helpful questions, Make suggestions, explain the products just to get on your case for taking time to explain a product, for me its been cosoles and online purchase options to the very custromers we GAME to.

My boss uses the term, "You're killing me" whenever a GA or SL gets an answer wrong or doesnt remember at the moment because focus is on the customer and store.
