Understanding that the associated are people with families instead of constantly looking at associates as a number on a matrix. The customer is always put in front of the associates and their families and safety.

The company is like an abusive relationship. They continue to beat up the associates making unreasonable requests. They pay just enough to keep a person from commuting further away and try to convince people that they cant fo any better.
