The facility I work in is great with great colleagues. The executive level could do a better job of communicating better with us in the field. They also could do a better job of acknowledging any obstacles we have, whether they can be resolved or not.

I would feel better about everything if I felt that the execs in the company were doing all that they can to retain the good people we have. There are a ton of inefficiencies that they seem to ignore.
