Upper management does not treat store managers fairly. They lose good managers and as a result, lose good employees. District managers do not make attempt to communicate with anyone but their store managers. Transparency is a huge problem.

Pay is too low for associates and coordinators . Communication and transparency are lacking at all me els of management. Employees are overworked and turnover is a huge problem

My former manager was always positive, motivating, supportive, and kind. Unfortunately he left the company, in large part because he was no longer supported by upper management

I am always shorthanded and do three people's jobs. They need to raise their pay for full time coordinators, as they are doing the majority of the work that keeps the store running .

Management doesn't help train new associates and coordinators are so overworked they do nit have time to help train them. Coordinators have no say in who works on their team. Management does not address problem employees.
