Before the acquisition the employees were treated fairly and had multiple options for growth and development. The ability to purchase stock and gain bonuses/profit sharing for all employees was very rewarding. Now business is conducted internationally and the new executive team reaps the rewards.

We have no stock options and the profit sharing was eliminated. No to mention the multiple pay/promotion freezes and elimination of positions.
