I have a partner that gets paid to show up to work late and barely work on my days to pull i pull orders and pack the orders 60% of my shift granted I am one of the very few great workers it's hard to say anything to management when they've vocally expressed they don't care as long i hit my numbers
You could sum it like this with the managers,their wallets come first and they have been caught in so many lies it would put a rug to shame
People work for people not companies. Few are friends with favours. Difficult to build team with them when their role is to feed back.
I would say my co-workers are the best part of the job but they all seem demoralized and afraid to speak up.
Honestly in the field, we are a little too spread out to really truly feel like a team.
