IGT Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I was impressed with the fact that you are covered immediately, and the employer's contribution is excellent.

Contribution towards employee's education and bonuses

Right now I am trying to sign up for benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No work life balance, being compensated for the work i do

if raises where near market

In serious need of a company stock program.

$10000 more per year salary

I work harder than anyone in the warehouse I pull numbers only one other person can hit I do a two man job every other day I do not cause problems I work hard everyday to be spat on by management

Pay raises, better insurance, stock options. Those extra things would maks wodk good.

Promotions and raises when truly earned, not awarded to driftwood that comes in and makes up their own work schedule

Repeated excuses why no salary raises yet letters of praise for performance. Company shows profits for shareholders yet employees get no adjustment for inflation.

I've been with IGT for 16 years and haven't received a pay raise in 2.5 years. This year my tech contributor or short-term incentive bonus was half of what it's been for the previous 15 years. I was recently pulled onto a team that isn't utilizing my skill set and work has been light and sporadic.

After almost three years at my starting wage, it severely makes me doubt the long-term nature of this job and the ability for me to advance.

Was promised eligibility for a 5% raise this year and reassured that the merger and acquisitin by Apollo wouod not impact it. Now I am being told it I al no longer eligible. The person I report to has only given me positive feedback over the last year.
