They say what they are doing and do what they say. The leadership team is dedicated to organize the company in a successful way, and taking care of the people that are contributing to this success.

Capacity to listen and adapt. The leadership team is caring about people and make sure to grow them. First time in my life that a company promoted me even though I was good in the position I were.

Excellent interaction with the talent acquisition person, who explained the process in detail for each step. A few interviews with key stakeholders, the discussions I had were honest and no overpromises were made about the position I was applying for.
