I enjoy the diverse culture at Ivalua, but my job is more difficult to do when we build, rather than buy, software tools. It can take years to get the tool that I need prioritized and built (a knockoff of some 3rd party tool), and these are standard tools at other software companies.
I'm most happy when I see progress on the projects I'm working on so that I can impact change in the organization.
The leadership team is invested in employee growth (through educational training) and ensures that global teams are connected (through team and companywide offsites).
I like that the leadership team is risk adverse. They're careful about spending and hiring so we haven't had to layoff employees like other software companies.
For me, in the US, the unlimited PTO is a huge benefit. I'm able to take the time I need (for whatever reason) without worrying about exceeding the time off limit.
I love the diversity at the company. As a global company, I get to work with people from all over the world and it's a great way to learn about new cultures and lifestyles.

Inflation has gone up significantly in the last few years and I haven't received a salary increase to match (or exceed) the inflation. So each year I'm getting paid less (rather than more) for doing the same (and more) work.
