I do like the company, I like the spirit and goals! I do not like how things work right now, and we are definitely suffering of the sudden big expansion and all the adjustments needed to power through. I'd like for things to be more anticipated and thought through, in general.

They are trying to have people meet and spend some nice moments for happy hours, that is a sweet gesture.

Listening, first. Then, thinking before acting!!! Managers and higher ups tend to 'manipulate' the facts to make it look like everything's going fine. It's not. We need resources, we need tools, we need a stronger organization and some clear limits for clients.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
COMMUNICATION!!! The people do not know how to communicate in their own team and outside. There are no guidelines to help and give a structure to anything, no one is monitoring, no sanctions are taken when needed. It's a zoo and we're all trying to survive and do our job...

We are set for failure in most things: lots of big ambitions and plans, little thoughts about how to get there. We end up never having the time and resources to achieve the goals that are set for us. We always need to improvise, craft wonky tools and make our own way towards the goals. 100% bad prep
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My salary is not on par with what I have to deal with. I do other people's job constantly because the job is not done otherwise. They are never worried and never blamed for doing a bad job. I am often the one that will face the client and have to justify things for others... why should I?
