I joined 6 years ago and the company has grown tremendously since then. My scope of responsibility has expend from EMEA, then adding APAC and then AMER, so my role is global now. I felt I have grown a lot and I feel grateful to my manager to have received additional responsibilities over the years.

Working every day with my team members as they are highly committed and we work in a wonderful work atmosphere, genuinely enjoying working closely together.

In the Leadership Team, they all share common goals aligned with the company value, they know how to cascade the company culture and vision to their team members which is very inspiring. In addition, they seem to get along very well and to genuinely enjoy working together which create great dynamic.

In my team everybody is truly committed to reach success not only individually but also as a team, for the company. They are all key experts in their field and yet very humble, happy to help and support one another. It is a very diverse team where everyone comes from different background, culture.
