I am serving notice period! I really would like to be a part of Ivalua again because it's a good product and the leadership is also nice. Just becoz I can't see the career & financial growth in my team, I had to take a call to leave this company. Managers didn't even show courtesy to retain.

Overall experience is not considered while appraisals. Vertical heads openly says retaining employees is not their KRA and also someone's career growth is not their manager's responsibility which makes employees demotivated.
