Group leads should be encouraging to those who want to learn, not seek to keep them held back and scold them for seeking knowledge only to then hold the fact they were held back over the employee.

The team itself is amazing if I needed backup for a machine I can always rely on the techs to get it done. Even though there are some issues here and there I can always rely on my team to get shit done.
