How diverse it is. There are people from all over the world working here

Strong employee-centric culture and informal.

The diversity that is well respected there, I admire that in places like this. There you can be as you wish to be without undergoing decriminalization.

You are not just expected to work hard and stay in your lane at Jabil. You are actively encouraged to take initiative and pursue your career goals. Leadership and management are highly receptive, and outright ask for, new ideas. Innovation and creativity is a driving force and your input is valued.

The people are just incredible. While the company has over 240,000 employees, it still has a "small" feel to it that's hard to explain.

Entrepreneurial environment. Open to ideas. Very little bureaucracy.

Almost zero barriers to collaboration and launching an initiative.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Group leads should be encouraging to those who want to learn, not seek to keep them held back and scold them for seeking knowledge only to then hold the fact they were held back over the employee.
