What makes you most happy at work?Work is never boring. You interact with different teams, different nationalities.
What are some of the best things about your team? Most of the people I know focus on solving the problem
What is the best part about your compensation package?Pay is decent but will not compensate for extra hours, depending on country specific regulations, don't expect a regular 9 to 5 routine as this is a multinational company with stakeholders spread across the globe.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? To be honest about the job in your ad. Job ad displayed warehouse worker but during the orientation found out it was really a machine operator position. Too many misleading factors about the job position and what exactly will be doing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? No problems with co-workers, upper management needs to be gutted
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Would not be considered in conversation even though I was hired on to assist in these systems.
