What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Org structure and transparency. Don't use military chain of command that squashes talent with bad managers.

Treating their people better. Not being combative just because an employee raises concerns that they have about the direction of the company and that they feel like their being treated differently.

Showing his appreciation to everyone, not just some. Fairness and treating each employee fair

Be more organised when jobs coming

Form some actual strategy around our vision statement. Stop randomly reorganizing in hopes of finding a savior. Talk to each other! Talk to us! Take some personal responsibility and dig into the details enough to conceptualize how we'll get there. Then make us believe it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Would not be considered in conversation even though I was hired on to assist in these systems.

Higher PTO accrual rate, noncombative and hostile group leads and a poor supervisor.

I do twice the work with little compensation. A simple "Thank you, good job" would make me feel better,

I feel undervalued and helpless by HR, they are very arrogant thinking they are better than the other employees.I would feel better if they were more humanitarian

Senior management doesn't understand their own operations adequately to comprehend the value of the contributions of individual contributors. If they did, they would care for our professional well being in compensation and other support instead of making us fight for every crumb.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

No problems with co-workers, upper management needs to be gutted

Too many meetings No testing means frequent producution incidents

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Group leads should be encouraging to those who want to learn, not seek to keep them held back and scold them for seeking knowledge only to then hold the fact they were held back over the employee.

Reduce work load and increase quality

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

To be honest about the job in your ad. Job ad displayed warehouse worker but during the orientation found out it was really a machine operator position. Too many misleading factors about the job position and what exactly will be doing.

They kept making me reapply because they closed and open reqs - took forever for them to actually make an offer

Every single thing single thing
