Mr. Forbes I. J. Alexander has been the Chief Financial Officer of Jabil Circuit Inc., since September 1, 2004 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Alexander has been Advisor to the Board at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. since September 2016 and its Member of the Supervisory Board since 2017. He served as a Treasurer of Jabil Circuit, Inc. from November 1996 to August 2004. Mr. Alexander joined Jabil Circuit Inc., in 1993 as Controller of Jabil Circuit Inc. Scottish operation and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer in April 1996. Prior to joining Jabil Circuit Inc., he served as Financial Controller of Tandy Electronics European Manufacturing Operations in Scotland and held various financial management positions in the UK and Europe with Hewlett Packard, Apollo Computer and Turner and Newall. He is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Alexander holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Abertay Dundee, formerly Dundee College of Technology, Scotland.
