The fact everyone works remotely was contractors means there are no social interactions with other people
Leadership need to get better at appreciating their interviewing team as they are the ones creating the business value
They need to pick a direction for their interviewing team. They either have a loyal fully committed and onboarded interviewing team or they continue trying to do this with contractors who can't meet their expectations while still earning an acceptable wage
The fact interviewers get paid the same regardless of their experience and skills set is a joke (their senior interviewer title does not make any sense). There is no sharing of equity and other benefits. interviewers are expected to perform like employees while being paid as contractors.
Interviewers are continually berated and held to forever changing impossibly high standards. The post interview QA team completed about the tiniest detail such as going 10 second over one of the sections (a section in which you have to ask 3 questions each with 3 parts all within 10 mins)
