Smart, hardworking, customer centric at lower levels/peers

We have a fairly diverse slate of backgrounds and experiences - this is so valuable when you're trying to build for a diverse world.

Cohesiveness, willingness to always help each other.

My team is amazing! It is made up of a really great mix of people with varying backgrounds and years of experience, making for a smart and diverse group of opinions and insights.

Everyone is very nice. It's evident that's been the main thing the leadership has looked for when making a hire. People are enjoyable to interact with, empathetic, and want everyone to enjoy what it is they're doing.

Everybody is in it to win it 100%. There are no politics, no hidden animosity. Everyone sees the mission and runs towards it.

There aren't any co-workers as such because it's an on-demand interview platform.
