What did you like most about the interview process?

Everyone was transparent and open and brought their authentic self.

Very intentional process. Deep care taken to ensure fit+add in terms of culture/values, as well as key competencies. Very empathetic, collaborative, 'human-centered' experience.

The interview process was extremely transparent. I always knew where I was and what would happen next.

I enjoyed getting to know that co-founders during my interview.

I was asked different questions than I had in prior interviews at other companies

Felt very fair and I felt that they got a lot of signal out of their questions - didn't waste either of our time. Also, there was lots of opportunity for me to ask them questions, and I was able to schedule it for the evening.

The interactions often times didn't feel like interviews but rather just conversations. This made the whole process comfortable.

It wasn't spent trying to figure out what I didn't know. In fact, I could say, I'm not great at X and I need Y to succeed and that was okay. Instead, everyone was more interesting in figuring out what value I add and matching that to the needs of the company.
