Demonstrated value for customers, good people but over bearing leadership causes spin and toxicity. Lack of automation and product expansion increases risk of failure particularly in lower demand hiring cycles.

Company leaders genuinely care about their work and the people who complete it. It's a stark contrast from other tech companies I've worked for.

they are making some internal changes recently. The decisions they took made the contractors very unhappy. For example, killing the slack in favor of a bullshit community page.
