Our leaders are humble and hungry to learn. These qualities are diffused throughout the entire company's culture, creating a fantastic environment for growth and development on the individual and corporate levels.

The leadership team seems to welcome open and healthy dialogue - I really appreciate this. They seem to want what's best for employees.
Their drive, empathy, inclusion, and constant commitment to the company’s vision that the show daily. They have cultivated an amazing culture that
Open, inspired/inspiring, all-in, smart, determined, thoughtful, strategic, friendly. They're awesome.
Openness to hear feedback from the team
They need to get better at respecting interviewers. No gaslighting. Straight communication. Loyalty to the community that helped build the company.
Setting strategy, telling the truth, making money
Stop misleading their clients and candidates through misleading and defective interview processes.

Leadership need to get better at appreciating their interviewing team as they are the ones creating the business value
Review from Engineering Dept
It was well rounded with a good base salary and good benefits
Tailored to my life needs
Thevacation plan. The culture is built around unlimited vacation and because of this the team works extra hard to accomplish great things knowing they can also take time needed with family or just to step away and relax.
Comp is very nice. Benefits are great and we all have meaningful equity!
Our benefit package is great
They get a lot of unpaid work done by the new hires in the onboarding process whereby a candidate may need to spend many hours or even days going through their documentation and none of it is paid for. Even after that, there is no guarantee of any amount of work you may or may not get.
Review from Engineering Dept
The fact interviewers get paid the same regardless of their experience and skills set is a joke (their senior interviewer title does not make any sense). There is no sharing of equity and other benefits. interviewers are expected to perform like employees while being paid as contractors.

Smart, hardworking, customer centric at lower levels/peers
We have a fairly diverse slate of backgrounds and experiences - this is so valuable when you're trying to build for a diverse world.
Cohesiveness, willingness to always help each other.
Their experience level is great considering our ages.
Everyone has a high degree of responsibility and ownership of our product.
There aren't any co-workers as such because it's an on-demand interview platform.
Review from Engineering Dept
The fact everyone works remotely was contractors means there are no social interactions with other people

Get it done culture with customer focus
Our core principles are amazing. I'm continually impressed with how their people-first approach helps employees, customers, candidates, and interviewers.
Interviewers are continually berated and held to forever changing impossibly high standards. The post interview QA team completed about the tiniest detail such as going 10 second over one of the sections (a section in which you have to ask 3 questions each with 3 parts all within 10 mins)
Review from Engineering Dept
Teamwork, everyone works with empathy towards each other and our customers. It is the first company I have ever worked for that is always looking for improvements but refuses to loose the human touch and treating everyone equally.
It's a start up and our team is filled with experience from bigger brands
Guarantees for a minimum amount of work per month and suitable appreciation or evaluation.
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone was transparent and open and brought their authentic self.
Very intentional process. Deep care taken to ensure fit+add in terms of culture/values, as well as key competencies. Very empathetic, collaborative, 'human-centered' experience.
The interview process was extremely transparent. I always knew where I was and what would happen next.
Review from Engineering Dept
Very thoughtfully designed. It's clearly a deep commitment at the company.
Getting to really understand the culture, work ethic and team even before accepting a position.

The opportunity to build without much legacy standing in the way.
The work I am doing, my place within the organization and my team.
Interacting with other members of our team
There's legitimate potential to have significant impact every day.
Seeing the great work we've done and how its helped the company grow.
The company is attempting to get the work done through contracting interview engineers for cheap, without sufficient training, and hence needs to fix its business practices. Both - the candidates and the hiring clients get a sub par experience.
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to pick a direction for their interviewing team. They either have a loyal fully committed and onboarded interviewing team or they continue trying to do this with contractors who can't meet their expectations while still earning an acceptable wage
