What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Get it done culture with customer focus

Our core principles are amazing. I'm continually impressed with how their people-first approach helps employees, customers, candidates, and interviewers.

Interviewers are continually berated and held to forever changing impossibly high standards. The post interview QA team completed about the tiniest detail such as going 10 second over one of the sections (a section in which you have to ask 3 questions each with 3 parts all within 10 mins)

Teamwork, everyone works with empathy towards each other and our customers. It is the first company I have ever worked for that is always looking for improvements but refuses to loose the human touch and treating everyone equally.

It's a start up and our team is filled with experience from bigger brands

I think we genuinely just enjoy spending time together, so whether it's work meetings or social outings, we know how to do it well and have a good time.

Great, super supportive environment focused on encouraging each employee to successfully balance their work and non-work lives in a healthy way.

Daily interactions. Many people eat lunch together and go to events after work together making work much more enjoyable as you often know the people on your team well.
