Morale would improve if they paid people what they are worth. Currently a union drive inside building
Lack of supervision and accountability means a lot of doing whatever i feel like instead of contributing to the company
They core group of people are very nice. Rare for most new hires to reach 5 years experience as pay is too low.
Leadership is clueless about how the shopfloor is run. Will spout corporate buzzwords instead of answering questions, are not concerned with high rate of turnover.
After 15 years new hires come in making same wage or higher. I am asked to train new hires who already make more than despite my years of experience
They wont even get back to you after the interview. This applies to internal interviews as well. You find out they filled the position after they tell you to wait for a second interview or they hold second interviews before the first round is complete.
