Overall, my experience at the company has been a positive / good one. I've made some good friends and acquaintances, I've been able to help my team and those teams I work with and I have been able to earn extra money through bonuses and RSU's.

The most positive thing about our culture is camaraderie.

Just being "with" the team makes me most happy.

The RSU's, at least for me, were an important incentive in helping me push through periods of issues or extreme business. The idea of having "some skin in the game" helped motivate me to continue plugging along.

I get the sense that the majority of my direct leadership team care about me as an employee. Whether or not they have the resources to tackle any issues doesn't seem to diminish their desire to help - sometimes they just can't but I know it isn't personal.

Great group of people. By far one of the few companies I've worked where there are very, very few "egos" to deal with. Team mates genuinely want to help each other out. Again, whether they have the resources to do so or not doesn't diminish their want to help.
