Their transparent communication with the employees of the company, as well as their empathetic approach to current events and employee wellness.

There is a real sense of camaraderie amongst our leaders. They care about our opinion and want to see us be successful. Further more there isn't a real hierarchy within the organization which I believe supports collaboration & organic growth.
