Comparable to other big companies, reasonable.

My company is extremely fun / easy to work with. They are also self-disciplined and everyone does what they need to do in order to complete the task. They are also punctual and do not hesitate staying late in order to help others.

Even though we are so busy in Accounting, our managers help us take time for ourselves so there is some balance.
