The team I work on is very collaborative. There's a good balance between working hard and helping one another, but also a really strong culture to learn from and push yourself to learn more/be better

I think knowing that despite being in a fast paced industry, there's a sense of camaraderie among all the teams, which is helpful when there are tough deadlines because knowing how much each team is supported throughout the process makes all the difference
