Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

My skills are being underestimated, opportunities to grow inside an account or inside the company are limited and takes to much time (years), and for others magic happens. We need to constantly ask for an arise when this should be automatically give to each one, but is not enough the actual amount.

Take care about the employees, know better each one to handle even better any situation. Help the team to grow, be a leader not a boss. Stop hiding the reality to the customers, is not necessary to create a terrifying story if anyone quit or someone is sick. Little things that can make a big diff.
