It has been a great journey, as everything with Ups and downs, but in overall, I like to work for Lean solutions. I remark that there are things that can be improved, but so fast it's a worthy company.

I really appreciate the opportunity to be here. I have been learning a lot of new duties and skills, and I think that the salary is good. The matter here is that I don't feel myself supported by the staff on the way to have growth opportunities , I have more skills to show and demonstrate.

I think that this a great company, but you should evaluate the capacity of each collaborator, they may have skills that can be a benefit for you as a company.

I think that the most important is that they let us work and they don't invent fake excuses to blame us for something, they Just ask and correct us in the Best way posible without interrupting the workflow
