During my stay here, I think I've learned a lot in the Logistics Industry. I was grateful of my client for being so nice to me, I think they have been the good thing that happened to me staying at this company. I am still thankful with Lean, but I believe they have to really elevate their system.

It's the Team and the job itself it feels light.

They are welcoming they don't want other to be left behind.

I think everyone are very accommodating on each request. Everyone are very welcoming.

The fact that they make sure we're doing good and that we are not being bombarded with the task.

They know how to elevate the minds of the employees by delivering some good feed backs on the work.

I think that the work task and my compensation does not compensate my well-being. It feels like I am just surviving.

I think the positive aspect is whenever I have a shadower. It's nice to share the knowledge you have to other people.

Well tbh on the client side. I can feel that they are at best, but with Lean I don't see them recognizing the things I have accomplished throughout my stay here.

I think the fact that my client is nice. Anyone of them is considerate on request, also the job itself because it makes me so busy at times - it makes me thinks. It makes me occupied all throughout my 11 hours shift which I like.

I feel like the environment just makes us work, but don't allow us to upskill in another skillset. The pay is not getting fair recently as much as I want to perform at my best but with not getting much recognition my career and lifestyle is getting stagnant which makes me think of leaving sometimes.
