For my 2 years stay at LSG Ph i dont feel like I am fairly compensated anymore with the task given to me. Yearly increase should be provided to every employees

Leaders should show more emphaty and promote better communication. As a employee i dont feel like my leaders care about my well being and emotional state anymore. They just focus on getting the job done
