
Managers try to keep people away from other people who tend to be friends. I understand this to keep quality of work up to par, but then the employee may find after time there is not much to look forward too, lack of incentive.
A few certain individuals will step up and help teach and train a proper and more hands on way. And a few also will have your back when higher up managers are negative and try to keep each other in good spirits. But only a small amount of people do so.
I would have to run the auto department and the farm department by myself some to most days/nights. I put up with this for a while but was not rewarded or given a raise in compensation. That could have been good motivation to keep the employee around. It was a lot of work
