Stressful with lots of turn around
better store staff. Good people have left. Why.
Stop leading with profit. Golub needs to start over with executive leadership.
Bonuses are non existent and raises get canceled every year. I don't believe there's a single employee at the store level that can afford to live by themselves without a roommate or government assistance. The customers we get are some of the most entitled that I've ever seen.

I work at fleet farm in Sioux City, Iowa. I am being targeted by management for some reason and I do not know who to turn to. The supervisors I am having issues with are the GM and Logistics manager. These two are bad apples trying to ruin people.
