Managers try to keep people away from other people who tend to be friends. I understand this to keep quality of work up to par, but then the employee may find after time there is not much to look forward too, lack of incentive.

A few certain individuals will step up and help teach and train a proper and more hands on way. And a few also will have your back when higher up managers are negative and try to keep each other in good spirits. But only a small amount of people do so.

As I've mentioned, the leadership is what needs to be improved... Interpersonal skills and more focus on a team approach. The company cannot manage to get accurate planograms and make the work for employees that much more frustrating. The leadership also threatens employees with getting credit cards
