What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Clear communication with the employees
The orange shirts they dont do their job and stockers get uelled at for their screw ups
Not a lot, everyone is too stressed with how the head guy thinks we are doing
A few certain individuals will step up and help teach and train a proper and more hands on way. And a few also will have your back when higher up managers are negative and try to keep each other in good spirits. But only a small amount of people do so.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
instill proper chain of command with a solid leadership team reduce the number of part time and go more full time employees
The leadership such as the managerial positions. I've seen a lot of managers come and go and have only met a few that I could connect with... The managers that are hired have been subpar on average and lack emotional intelligence and lack interpersonal skills.
